Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your Dibzi account in the app. If you cannot sign in, you can ask our support team for help.

Delete your account in the app

    Open your profile

    Sign in to the app and open the Profile tab.

    Go to Settings

    Open Profile settings and find the Security section.

    Choose Delete account

    Review the warning, then confirm permanent deletion.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app

Email info@dibzi.app with the subject Account deletion request. Send the request from the email address connected to your account when possible. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership before acting.

Verified support requests are targeted for completion within 30 days. You do not need to reinstall or open the app to submit this request.

What is deleted

  • Account credentials and profile information.
  • Profile photos, avatar files, and account-linked uploads.
  • Matches, conversations, messages, and attachments.
  • Game sessions, scores, rewards, and related activity.
  • Notification tokens and account preferences.

What may be retained

Limited information may be retained when required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, safety investigations, dispute resolution, or secure backups. Retained information is restricted and deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.

Delete specific content only

You can remove profile photos and selected content inside the app. To request deletion of specific information while keeping your account, contact info@dibzi.app and explain what you want removed.
