1. Agreement and eligibility
By using Dibzi, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. By creating an account or submitting content, you also agree to our Community Guidelines.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or harm another person.
- Share unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or infringing content.
- Spam members, scrape data, or access the service automatically without permission.
- Interfere with security, integrity, or normal operation of the app.
- Use the app for commercial solicitation or illegal activity.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights needed to share your content.
5. Games, rewards, and availability
Game scores, virtual items, coins, rewards, and progress have no cash value unless we explicitly state otherwise. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued as the service evolves.
6. Purchases and refunds
Coin packs are sold through the App Store or Google Play, and your payment is taken by Apple or Google rather than by us. Prices are set in the store and may differ from the estimate the app shows. Coins are credited once the store confirms the purchase; they are a licence to use features inside Dibzi, they have no cash value, and they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.
A coin pack is digital content delivered immediately, so refunds are requested from the store you bought it from and not from us, and the EU/UK 14-day right to withdraw does not survive that immediate delivery. Our Refunds and cancellation policy explains both points in full, links to each store's refund process, and sets out what happens to your balance if a purchase is reversed.
7. Safety and member interactions
Use good judgment when interacting with other members. We do not guarantee the identity, intent, conduct, or compatibility of any member. Use block and report tools and contact local authorities when there is an immediate safety concern.
We may review reports and content, use automated or human moderation, remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts to enforce these terms and our Community Guidelines. We do not guarantee that every violation will be identified before another member sees it.
8. Meeting other members offline
Dibzi is an online service. Deciding to meet, travel to see, or spend time with another member away from the app is entirely your own decision and entirely at your own risk. We do not run criminal background checks or identity verification on members, we are not a party to any arrangement you make with another member, and we do not supervise or take part in anything that happens between members offline.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZEEG LABS is not responsible or liable for the conduct of any member — online or offline — or for any injury, loss, damage, cost, or dispute arising out of contact between members, including any meeting, journey, payment, or relationship that begins on Dibzi. Take the precautions in our Safety Center: keep early conversations in the app, tell someone where you are going, meet in a public place, arrange your own transport, and contact local emergency services first if you are ever in danger. You are responsible for your own conduct toward other members, and you agree to cover the losses and reasonable costs ZEEG LABS incurs because of claims brought by other people over your use of the service, your content, or your conduct toward another member.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, members, or comply with law, including for violations of these terms.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure, or that any member is who they claim to be. ZEEG LABS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to mandatory consumer protections. We may update these terms and will provide notice when required.
